Guaranteed Performance

Although each VPS shares physical resources of a single server, each VPS package comes with a minimum set of guaranteed resources. We never oversell guaranteed resources on our servers and always leave a margin of unallocated resources. This is how we can promise guaranteed resources. Since we do not allocate all resources and most resources are not always used by each VPS, an individual VPS will always be able to burst to higher speeds than those guaranteed.

Control Panels

A base VPS package comes with the Linux operating system installed and configured for your use. A control panel is needed if you wish to maintain multiple websites, email accounts, stats, and other features with an easy-to-use web interface.

cPanel is a professional fully-featured terminal allowing clients to manage their services through an easy-to-use, web-based interface. The idea is to transfer control to the client, front-ending things like e-mail, FTP, backup, CGI scripts, and web site statistics, so clients can monitor their services at any time from anywhere in the world.

Backups

When your business depends on your web applications, having the ability to recover your data is essential. That is why we offer our Basic backup service with each VPS package, at no additional cost.

This backup service allows you to create up to two snapshots of your VPS at any moment through an easy-to-use web interface. The snapshots are stored on our server and can be used to recover your VPS in case of accidental data loss or a software problem.

For additional protection, we also offer a Premium managed backup service for VPS. The Premium backup service runs automatically - you don't have to do anything. The backups run on a daily basis, and creates a new complete image of your VPS. Backups are stored for 2 weeks and monitored by our technicians.
